Onsite solutions could include facilitation by staff of Laidy and Ray Inc. or by members of the client team or a combination of both. All onsite services are evaluated daily for quality and effectiveness by the participants of the client team. Our quality control cycle contains the principles of plan - do - check - adjust. Our quality control process involves direct daily feedback from every attendee. The participants are the judges of quality and effectiveness of time invested. During 2011, daily quality control measures indicated 100% of participants rated the content and delivery as "Very Good" or "Excellent"
